What a lovely pub and landlord and landlady. The food was great and we were very grateful that they cooked for us .The Butty Bach was the best I have tasted for a very long time . Thank you ?
Several well cared for casks of ale from Ludlow and Wye Valley. Lunch menu is a bit underwhelming but the pub was welcoming for two American outsiders on a Sunday afternoon when other spots in Ludlow were booked. The dinner entrees looked more substantial and tasty.

Despite their kitchens being closed for reform at the time of our visit, they whipped up an amazing spread of pork pie scotch egg and pickles - superb. + Great cask ale. Inc Timothy Tailors Landlord
