I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Old Bake House, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience in every aspect. The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance. Looking for something to eat in Ludlow we spotted this lovely cobble stone alleyway. Then decided to check out this venu. It was quirky inside and out. Wasn't over crowded as tables were nicely spaced. I love the wall upstairs made from wine crates. Had a nice pint while waiting for our meal. Food presentation was amazing. Efficient service with decent, but not outstanding, food. Atmosphere OK while we were there, but voices from downstairs carried loudly to the upstairs tables. Not saying that it is not a place to visit, if you are after gourmet food, perhaps not one for you.
