We moved to the village 7 weeks ago and live opposite The Talbot. It's a lovely local pub with friendly staff & punters in warm, charming & comfortable surroundings. It's one of those gems of a pub that really need supporting by the local community following hard times from the pandemic. We've had several roasts here now on a Sunday & not been disappointed. Absolutely fantastic pub!!! We got in a bit late, however Paul pulled us some pints and made us feel extremely welcome! Highly recommend great atmosphere and even better people! Thanks again!

Watched the Grand National: friendly local pub worth a visit. Flagstone floor wood panels real fire but only four stats as the pint of Doombar I had was not quite 100%.. but I will def be back!
