Been using this Fish and Chip shop for years now and have never had a bad experience, the food is cooked well, very tasty and very reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly and you can have a good laugh and joke with them. During these dodgy COVID times the staff have been very supportive and helpful, they value every customer and go the extra mile to help anyone in need of help. Shifnal Fryer is one of two dedicated fish and chip shops in Shifnal. The quality of the food is very good and I found the portions to be good, the range of food is what you would expect of a classic fish and chip shop. The Shifnal Fryer is well supported testifying to the quality of food and on festival nights queues of customers are well out of the door and down the street.

Had large cod chips mini fish, battered sausage, curry mushy peas - enjoyed it, plenty of cod.Only issue is that on arriving home couldn't really taste the vinegar or salt, yet the chap definitely added it which was strange.
