We chanced upon this place more by accident than design and delighted we did so. The ploughman’s lunch was spectacular as was the Mac and cheese with ham hock. Service was friendly and attentive, and we felt absolutely appreciated. Well worth a visit!
A solo lunch experience whilst out shopping, that was filled with delicious food. RV Ploughmans on a board was the perfect choice for a hot day. Well presented and well sourced, tasty food. Given that it was the hottest day of the year, the staff remained friendly and efficient. This is a quiet haven from the busy town centre, thank you RVC staff I enjoyed my visit!
