This pub has been a favourite of mine for 47 years. The management has changed in that time, but it still has that certain je ne sais quoi that brings me back time and again. An excellent juke box, friendly customers and staff and I love the wizard lurking in the corner and the gargoyle on the bar.
Great place to drink and listen to a great choice of music on their dukebox not what you expect inside me a rockers bar but still worth a visit good choice of beers,lagers&wines

Great rock pub. Juke box with huge selection of tracks. It's really atmospheric, dark, just as a rock bar should be, worn carpets and seating, but that doesn't detract. Staff were really friendly, and we will definitely be returning.
