The second time we've visited this restaurant and the 1st experience we had was far better than on this occasion.Admittedly we visited at a different time, on this occasion we had booked a table at 5pm on a Saturday evening.Restaurant was extremely busy, but we waited for over 1 hour and 20 mins for our food to arrive. When we queried why it was taking so long, we had another plate of pasta crisps delivered to the table, as it turns out we paid for them.At the end of the meal, we asked for the bill and informed the waitress that we had some one4all vouchers to use. Sadly the staff member didn't know how to process vouchers. We waited another 20 minutes while she'll tried to put vouchers through and took council from colleagues. Eventually, she said she'd taken £20 off the bill, but the vouchers weren't valid. We paid the balance and left because our daughter was tired and had been very patient with the waiting times.Once we returned home and checked receipts, we found no discount had been applied. Secondly, we checked balance on one4all cards and found they were both valid with a full balance.On the whole we enjoyed the food, and thought it was excellent but the rest of the experience was poor.

I am glad that I have the opportunity to write about my experience with you. I spent quality time at Zizzi, the staff was very polite and professional, the food was very good, the quality of the raw material was very good. I want to take this opportunity to thank the chefs, I ate delicious food, and the desserts were very, very good. Thanks to Zizzi restaurant.

Food was excellent.I was not impressed, however, with the unwell server who wore no mask and coughed into their hand.

First time in here today and not impressed. Waiting ages before anyone came to take our order. Ordered for 4 people when we finally got our food they forgot one of the meals.I was sat with no food for 10 more minutes while the others eat their meals. It wasn't worth the wait it was very bland. Three small pieces of chicken and two small tomatoes on a lot of tasteless pasta. Had to ask 3 times for some salt and pepper. Also asked for some extra cheese but it never came. We managed to get some discount on the bill for the poor service but still very disappointing.

OMG. I can not begin to say how bad my experience was. We waited 5 minuets to be sat down. When sat down he no instructions of how to order and after 15 minutes of being sat down no one came over. After deciding to leave I got confronted by what looked like to be the manager whose buttons looked like they were under so much stress I thought it was goign to explode. The restaurant was empty and it doesn’t surprise me. The people next to us told us that the food took over an hour to come out and was very poor. I would not recommend anyone who likes to have a nice meal out. :(

Empty restaurant and staff were visible but we waited a disproportionately long time to be seated, we even approached the person behind the bar to ask if we should seat ourselves and were told no, we will come to you - and then left us waiting longer still.Food quality was pretty poor, the spaghetti bolognese was tasteless and watery - I've had microwave meals that were more appealing and appetising. None of it was worth the money and I begrudged paying the bill

Good that we ordered they were not sure they had somewhat to check. Never actually told they had it. Asked for two deserts and did not have either lastly ordered a latte and 15 minutes later when we decided to pay the bill it was on there but we had not received it. They then informed us they had no milk!! Would you like it black!! A black latte now that’s a novelty. Finally the speedy payment on the app is a nightmare. First and last visit. The couple next to us had similar issues and also left a poor review there Experiance first and last too!! Run by kids with no idea it seemed. It even a third full as a final point.
