Visited on Saturday, table was booked for 6,30. We arrived slightly early and shown to our table. We were informed that we had to order online using the qr code, which we attempted but it wasn't working so we managed to get one of the servers to put the order through. Drinks came quickly. We’d made a reservation for 5pm and arrived promptly at 4:50pm. When we were seated we were told that they had issues with heating and so it might be cold. No problem. We were also told that our waitress would come over and take our order (standard as the online ordering was not working). There were about 5 other tables in the restaurant and yet it took 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table to take our order. Totally disappointed with my experience at Zizzi's today. Never had a bad experience before always been my go to for a nice meal. The staff were too much, constantly asking if we were ready to order when they could see we were still looking at the menu and trying to sort out 2 young children.
