Lovely friendly staff. They accommodated a charity group social upstairs and service was excellent. Lovely coffees and teas and delicious Portuguese tarts . Thank you so much ? definitely visiting again soon ?
We weren't even hungry but couldn't resist the vegan offering of custard tarts. My partner had never tried one and I thought I had but this was unlike anything I had ever tried before. Please I beg, the recipe! You can see the gentleman baking in the window and we noted how clean and tidy his set up was. Vegan pastel de nata was very cold, but the plain ones were very fresh and nice. This place doesn’t really have any atmosphere as it looks like a takeaway dessert shop. As our table wasn’t cleaned due to short staff we cleaned our table before eating our dessert.
