The food and ambiance were very good. Good location too. However the cashier/server seems to be racist/rude. We were group of asian with my partner (he is English) with me, we noticed he was very snobby and rude to us whilst very friendly and accommodating to other English costumers including my partner. The best english breakfast ever. The quality of food and taste of coffee was out of this world. This place looks very modest, but OMG they served food 5 star food. Everything fresh, perfectly cooked, delicious.

Pulteney Kitchen was a nice place to have lunch. The food was pretty good for the prices charged, the welcome was friendly and the service likewise.The only real downside was the tremendous wait for food, which I didn't really understand based on the number of tables. Faster service would have made this place a real gem.
