Wonderful service by Zoe behind the bar. She couldn’t do enough for us. Met Dan Rafferty a Bath based author who, whilst sitting at his favourite table, signed a book my dad bought for my mum’s birthday. It’s Dan’s first book and the pub are selling copies from Dickens’ corner. It’s called Death on the Rover Avon. We only popped in for a pint!
Cute and lovely place for a pint even when the under 20s rugby fans are in.Didn't have food.It was nice being in somewhere hundreds of years old. It reminded me of my first wife. ?
