Friendly pub and the food was lovely. Thought it was pretty reasonably priced, and I think you’d struggle to find any cheaper (non-chain) pubs in Bath. Definitely one to go back to if we visit Bath again.
Great pub, good food, reasonably priced pints, dog friendly, great place to watch the rugby and above all run by a lovely family and friendly staff. What more do you want. Just love this place. Just come back from having had THE most amazing full English breakfast there for a fiver! Alan and his staff looked after us so well. So great to have a good local again.

Stopped here after seeing a pragmatic approach to the relaxing of Covid security measures. Friendly staff, good value, and great garden. Well worth a visit - off the beaten track in Bath. Much better option than several over-priced 'gastropubs'.
