A friend told us about Mes Ami in Beckington near Frome. In a lovely remote village with one pub, a garage and not much else one really doesn’t expect to find this incredible little cafe. So neat and clean with a superb menu choice of light lunches which changes every day. Lovely friendly staff and the most beautiful freshly prepared and interesting combinations of yummy lunches snacks and cakes. Every bit as good as the other reviewers say it is. There’s really not much more I can add. A fantastic offering of both meat and vegetarian dishes. My husband could hardly decide which cake to choose they all look so fantastic and the service is very friendly. We did wait rather a long time to be served and it really wasn’t that busy but that’s a minor niggle.
