I’ve had Taco Bell a few times but it’s the first time I’ve been to this store, took over 30 minutes to get our food in a freezing store, toilets are stinking and customers having to wait 30 minutes before being told they have ran out of chicken. I don’t like leaving low star reviews but felt I needed to. I’ve eaten here a few times now and the staff are lovely.But the tables and floor aren’t always clean and the food if I’m being brutally honest doesn’t taste that great.I’m a real lover of fast food but the consistency isn’t there for me, the salad inside the meals tastes off and it’s just very weird to put your finger on what’s wrong with the food.

Writing this review just to express my pure happiness as a newbie vegetarian at how good the new plant based options are! I just recently switched and assumed that Taco Bell trips would be no more, but luckily I was wrong! I switched out my old beefy order for the new plant protein in my chalupas, tacos and burrito and am so happy with the taste. 10/10 Taco Bell!
