This is my usual haunt to catch up with a couple mates and watch some sports. Plenty of seating and more than enough TVs so you don't miss any action.Drinks here are very reasonable in price and the staff are a good laugh.Out of all the establishments in town I prefer the Duke as its very comfortable and relaxed.
Great, busy drinking pub, with disco lights, music and sports. Great range cocktails at £3.95 and good selection of draught lager and cider. Kronenberg 1664 just £3 pint. Don't offer any food. So good we went back following night. Also has a skittle alley and nice outdoor courtyard for smoking.

I've been passed many times and heard singing and laughing, this was my first time inside,they've done so much to it it's huge, it was very quiet when we went in but we were made very welcome, and the landlord was showing the boys with us around and telling them all about the refurb and a lot of the history behind the pub, had a few drinks....
