Visiting Bruton for a Sunday lunch you cannot go wrong with a visit to the At the Chapel restaurant and shop which has friendly and helpful staff, and facilities. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.Food & drinks: The food was to a high standard and Dowding's Cider hit the right notes complimenting the meal very well.
The Chapel atmosphere feels like a contemporary galaxy, brimming with comfort. On this sunny day, the view through its window is sheer artistry. Additionally, highly recommend the local bread which is filled with the fresh aroma of wheat, unmatched by any bread in the city.

Took my Mum for Christmas day lunch and it was spot on; beautiful room, lovely atmosphere, attentive, friendly and warm service and a delicious 4 course set menu. we left feeling slightly too full and very happy.
