Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, stayed open for two of us to have a quick pint which was appreciated.Bar staff were welcoming and locals full of good conversation. Will be coming back.
Wonderful Sunday lunch, well priced. Beautifully thick cuts of beef, big, lush Yorkie puds, nice roast potatoes. My only criticism is on the veg, a little basic, could do with a bit more variety and maybe some Cauliflower cheese as a side order??? But would definitely go back again.

Went for Sunday lunch and had the slow cooked beef - fabulous! Together with 3 roast potatoes and HUGE Yorkshire pudding plus vegetables (broccoli, cabbage and carrots) in a side dish and gravy. Really lovely.
