The Soap Bar Café
Upper Bristol Rd, Clutton, BristolHad a lovely time, my first visit since it was a pub! Very nicely prtesented and a super selection of cards and gifts as you enter to tempt you even before you go through for food etc. Small but nice menu with something for everyone. We were there in the morning so lunch menu not started. We both had a fab bacon sandwich on beautifully fresh bread, bacon was done exactly as asked, crispy but not cremated and delicious. Selection of teas and coffees and hot choc. We also both had a slice of homemade cake as there was a good selection, I had Victoria sponge and my friend had ginger, borh were good moist and tasty. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. I only glanced at lunch menu but I think I will be back to sample soon! Large car park and good disabled access. Well behaved dogs are also welcome which for me is a great bonus. Definitely worth a visit but book a table as it is popular and was nearly full when we left.

The Railway Inn
Station Rd, Clutton, BristolPopped in for a pint and a band were playing "Bombshell" who were amazing! Seemed like a good venue for live music, hope they get more like that, it was really good! The locals seemed like a good laugh too and everyone was having a great time. Friendly staff too and very fast service.
