Priston Village, BathGuinness were alright, had a lovely meal. Guinness let down by not a perfectly clean glass, you know, that inner lining of the glass just blemished the other use perfect pint.Roaring fire and fantastic meal. Definitely be back

North Rd, Timsbury, BathPopped here for a drink on a Sunday lunchtime. It was packed! Beautiful proper British country pub with a large number of fans. From walkers popping in for a drink to families having Sunday lunch, the whole place was heaving. BOOK A TABLE IF YOU WANT FOOD!! Plenty of car parking, lovely location, nice walks and lovely staff. Didn't eat so can't comment on food (but will be returning) but the pub welcomes pets too so hugely popular. One downside: very loud live music on Sunday lunchtime (?) which might make conversation a challenge and bother people with sensitive ears. My nan would have struggled to put up with the sound level. Apart from that, definitely worth frequenting.
