Hello my name is Ami Davis, I stayed at your resort from the 22 of September for the 90's reload weekend, for my hen do, firstly can I say the deal seemed amazing for 3 nights dinner and breakfast VIP and bottomless brunch bargain right? So firstly I received an email stating that the park was closed and my trip was cancelled and to get a refund 4 days before the trip I was so anxious paranoid and upset that I had 4 days to re organize 11 people for a hen do. We were on level 3 ( just as well after the flood) 3 bedroom apartment, very clean and tidy. Double bed very comfy, singles not so comfy. Sofa had been cleaned and still quite damp. Good choice of food in restaurant. Only criticism would be… need to sort out queue system in venues, maybe put barriers up ?

We had such good fun, so much to do and see. Kids loved it, the evening entertainment was faultless, play areas, pools etc where all fun, a lot to do for adults to and it was all very clean and well kept. Staff was also very welcoming. Will definitely be returning.
