It was my first time coming to the white willow and it was beautiful, there was one member of staff that made us feel looked after she was very professional, efficient, and was welcoming. Lovely family reunion lunch. Chose this venue because they advertise as dog friendly, and they were. Food was excellent, good quality and portion sizes, would have given the White Willow 5 stars overall but the cleanliness needs a bit of attention. The air vents above the seating booths are thick with dust, not good, but easily rectified.

Always nice food but service a little chaotic. More than one server doesn't work. Table half cleared by one then left to serve meals and walked past us with no further action. With respect it's probably due to the younger age of the some of the staff. Overall great and I would visit again so please don't consider it a complaint.
