I went there with a friend for a late lunch of fish and chips where we got a nice discount because it was after 2pm. The fish was a satisfyingly good size portion of juicy cod in a nice crispy batter, and the chips were cooked well and a proper good sized chip as well. It came with nice juicy peas and a lemon wedge. I had their mild curry sauce to pour over the chips. We both had coffee for the free refill after the meal ;-)
Great place, drinks were slow as they had a delivery and back log of food orders but when we asked we went to the bar and collected straight away really great food good price so what's not to like.

You know what you're getting in weatherspoons. This one is always busy, but you'll only struggle for a table on a Friday or Saturday night. The pizzas are the best thing on the menu.Parking: Free car park close to the venue.
