A really lovely anniversary stay at the beautiful Charlton House. The team in reception, the spa, housekeeping and the restaurant were all fantastic. friendly, helpful, professional l and provided excellent customer service. Visited for an afternoon tea . We were met at reception by very friendly and welcoming staff. The gardens at this hotel are lovely and very well kept. The dining area are light and overlook the gardens. The afternoon tea was amazing with a selection of fresh sandwiches, freshly made scones and cakes. We were offered refills of tea and coffee by friendly staff who also boxed up the items we couldn’t eat to take home. All in all a lovely afternoon!

Was given this experience as a gift through a 3rd party offer. This had included a full package, spa, 2 treatments, dinner allowance and breakfast. Booked in advance and highlighted a personal health issue with the staff team and was respected highly by Aaron from reception, and Hannah from the spa team.
