Now this a really great place! Just done a 2 dinner, 2 night bundle and HOLM delivers a very good resto-&-rooms experience. The expert staff were a big part of this. Both the Chef's tasting menu & breakfast were top notch. The former waaay better experience than at L'Enclume, where the 5+ hour timing might suit the kitchen, but NOT these diners. We had a really wonderful and delicious lunch here for my 30th birthday, all dietary requirements were catered for and the staff even got me a card, felt really special and I will cherish spending my 30th birthday here with my family, thank you Holm!
