A truly warm welcoming place. This place is full of life, whilst still inviting to a one off / first time visitor.The staff and owner are really nice people, as are the regulars who were friendly and chatty.I had a great afternoon there and will be visiting again.Thanks all, Chris & Wisp.
I went into this pub to use the toilet. The minute I went in there I was greeted with warmth and welcome. I asked to use the bathroom and ended up blurting out I need a taxi to glastonbury, even though I planned to look online. Not only did they let me use the bathroom, a very kind local even took me there. The bar lady then went through the process of calling up the taxi driver for me. It's lovely, and I get used to it being addressed with darling and so, by female hosts now the female bartender. She was very hospitable and even offered, when she heard it was a firsttimer in a pub our drinks for free. Cosy pub
