I came in for a coffee and a sit down whilst I did some work, the person in front of me was very rude and felt they were entitled, the barista serving them was an absolute credit to costa as despite the rudeness of the customer they remained very polite and carried out their job to a high standard. My coffee was very nice and I was dealt with efficiently.
Knowing MRS Anita Ephraim has been a blessing to Me, my family, and my friends, there's no disputing the fact that she is the best account manager ever. Another of Costa's outlets: staff are friendly and, for someone like me who finds it difficult carrying a tray, they'll deliver to the table. Very busy trade around 1030 am.
