Really friendly/welcoming staff, quality selection of beers and good indie/rock playlists. They have a huge selection of beers and I've never had a bad pint there. The only bar I've been to since moving to Barnsley that I genuinely enjoy. If they had a TV for the football, I'd never leave the place.
if you like traditional friendly real ale pubs this is the one guys. Great selection of ales and larger. dog friendly. open for match days away fan welcome aswell which is an hard one to find ?
