This is one of my favorite pubs, the staff are friendly and as it is a small village pub the customers are chatty and lovely. I love the atmosphere and enjoy sitting in the outside area, dogs are welcome, which is great when we have been walking and called in for a friendly pint. Great pub ?
Nice village pub ..Barmaid Sonia is welcoming and funny ...always a good pint .Patio area and kids play area .. dog friendly ...very traditional ....nice for walkers on the Waggon Road ! ...v tasty pork pies and black pudding on a Sunday -perfect with a cold beer!!gorgeous views around ...

Went in on the 9th and the lady working at the bar was absolutely lovely, and brilliant with my dog whom can be very nervous with people. Couldn't off been a better experience!
