Vast improvement on our last visit. Food was much better and choice was good. Meals came out in good time but no one cleared our table afterwards. We went back to the bar to order desert and still no one cleared our dinner plates away.It wasn't exactly busy so there really wasn't a reason for this. My main gripe was both the front and back doors were wide open so it was freezing in there. I don't want to sit and eat a meal wearing my coat.
The greatest pub in the universe. Best bar staff. The people are absolutely delightful, a sense of glee and appreciation as I walk through the door. They adore pints and I adore them Too

Such a lovely pub! Travel to come here. Staff are always friendly and it’s a great atmosphere. Antonia is always very welcoming and makes sure I am looked after! She’s always very friendly and smiling she’s most definitely the face of the turnpike
