Mel Greggs near Hoyland in my opinion is not working to full capacity they open at 6 yet at Sundays at 6:45 is still don't have hot drinks nor did they have either bacon or sausage I think management need to get the staff in order some of the staff and excellent and some of the stuff I don't think are
Best Greggs I go in- but not enough staff to serve at busy times so long queue, this is busiest Greggs I know of at peak times, better to go in between breakfast and lunch times if possible and avoid the rush.Staff are very friendly - but were only willing to make me a tuna crunch sandwich on seeded bread rather than plain bread even though they had both (I have a seed allergy) because there wasn't a button for it on till - ???? - so had to have a doughnut instead for lunch!But...read full review

Just another great Greggs. Visited in the morning when passing by. It was rather busy, but the queue quickly passed. Staff were brilliant and our food and drinks were served promptly. Overall very happy with the place.
