Came today and ordered an Iced latte, as always it was perfect and the staff were so attentive and polite! Would not go anywhere else for a great tasting coffee! The staff are an asset to the store!
Service although friendly is always really slow. There is only ever one person in there when I have been and on a few occasions I've walked out as I don't always have time to wait for over 20mins to be served when there are only two people ahead of me.
