my best friend and I visited the Rotherham Toby for our monthly get together- they were out of stock of the vegan option I wanted but Michelle went out of her way to make sure I had a decent meal to eat. She went through to check ingredients and allergens and ordered steamed veg and brought roast potatoes straight from the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination. Not the best today ... gravy like dishwater mash tasted powdery n cabbage looked shocking but Michelle as per usual was amazing with service she's a credit to the place ... she gets 5 stars everytime

We love coming no matter what Michelle always says hello even if you are not her customer and lovely to speak too. Cant fault her customer service one bit. All other staff are very friendly and helpful too.
