Absolutely awful service tonight, over a hour and half wait for what I'd was just a small order of 2 personal sized pizzas, 1 garlic bread and chips. Food arrived warm not hot, contacted the takeaway but no apologies or refund offered. I was going to turn the order away but my kids were hungry, I'd gone past wanting to eat and my partner got something else so a complete waste of money and time. Definitely not ordering from here again
EVERY time I order I am told half an hour to 40 minutes!! Over an hour and 20 minutes later still no delivery!! Tried phoning the shop and yet again just keep getting voicemail!! Absolutely dreadfull! Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT use this joke of a takeaway!! Order from someone who actually will deliver!!

Ordered over a hour and a half ago and kept being fobbed off with"another 10 minutes" when calling. 1.5 hours go past and still no food, appalled as I've been regularly ordering from here at least 7 times a month. Will not be ordering again, Zorbas customer service is way better and will be ordering from there from now on.
