Strange place. Cosy and good coffee. But even for industrial feel it's run down inside. Plus the croissant sign outside makes you feel like it's going to be some sort of cheap takeaway. Needs some tlc.
Nice location with a kinda semi industrial feel. It's relaxing with friendly staff. Lots of people complaining about cardboard cups, trays etc but I didn't mind that. What I found to be an issue is that I purchased a meat and potato pasty that they warmed up. The edges were hot but the middle was straight out of the fridge cold! They do unusual croissants with things like fish fingers which I didn't expect. I had one and it was pretty good. I'm not a big coffee shop person but this place had quick service and was fine with a medium sized group. Prices maybe a touch heavy but was nice enough overall for something a bit different. Would go back if in the area.
