Heard about this place through a friend who had recently taken her family to the owl experience. I thought this looked like a unique, family friendly, magical place and it did not disappoint! We all loved the owl experience . We had such a lovely day at the steel cauldron. The staff were all super welcoming and great with the kids. We were there for their owl display and it was really interactive with audience participation and an owl landing on everyone’s table. The crafts too were really engaging for the kids and the wizard themed afternoon teas were a big hit as well as the “potion” drinks where you had to say a magic spell before drinking. A group of 8 of us visited today and it was such a treat for both children and grown ups! Staff were lovely and really accommodating and we even got to meet one of the owls. Kids are already asking when we can go back. Definitely worth a visit
