We all know Costa, right? They're all the same. Except they're not. If you go to a few, you start to realise some of them do things better than others and that often the only thing they share is the name. Don't get me wrong, this is no small independent coffee shop (that's a different debate), but then you're not really looking for that if you come here. I go regularly to this Costa but when I have a coffee i want a coffee, not flavoured milk, in other words Costa are a bit lacking in providing the amount of coffee that should be provided for a coffee. The Costa cafe staff do a wonderful service, so I'm not complaining about the staff, but come on COSTA PROVIDE MORE COFFEE IN MY LATTE etc: !!!
