This place is amazing, proper pub food and not a single frozen chip to be seen. All food is homemade, and tastes” just like mother used to make “. A friendly warm welcome awaits and prices that still leaves you with enough to get the bus home.
Proper locals' pub and I don't mean that in a bad way. Good beer, cheerful service and it was lively when we popped in Sunday afternoon.Very cheap too. Almost like pubs used to be!

Just a very good pub....well kept beers, dog friendly with a cosy atmosphere.Spend a day out walking the Rivelin routes and finish off here. Friendly bar staff good parking.Nice pub.GL aka GS
