Visited for lunch with friends. Hadn't booked, table for 7 found for us. Staff are friendly, place is cosy. Food was served quickly and was fresh. Only two vegan options (burger and a roast veggie sandwich), both were delicious to be fair. I love that there is a separate allergens frier for GF/DF food so no worries about cross contamination. Ordered steak pie and it was as dry as a bone and pastry was like concrete. Told server who did nothing about it - still got charged even though I didn't eat half of it - thank goodness for gravy!

A great pub/restaurant in the countryside! I went there with a friend and spent a lovely afternoon at an outdoor table, eating, drinking and enjoying the view. Good service from the waitress and bartender. A lovely place to spend a warm afternoon.
