The best community pub with food and sport in the area. Came on Sunday for a celebratory meal with family and friends, and as usual, the food, service and cleanliness was top notch. When your local pub is this good, you don’t need to go anywhere else. Everyone in this pub is a credit to it. Never had a bad meal, or been disappointed. Well done all.

Newhall Farm

This restaurant is lovely! It is far better than others I've been to in this chain. We actually drive past another one to go to Newhall as it is so welcoming. \nAll of the staff are friendly, really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food and drink is reasonably priced and...where possible...will make adaptations. For example, I love prawns but not Marie rose sauce...so I don't have the Marie rose sauce.\nTwinkly lights, wonderful staff and tasty food...what more could you ask?

One Dee Thai Restaurant

First time ordering from One dee. I absolutely love Thai food and can't believe I haven't tried here sooner!
Delicious food, came lovely and hot still, so fresh and just a really wonderful meal. I had the Thai green curry and my partner had the panang curry which we have both not tried before, my partner ate it within seconds and both tasted divine. Really happy and will definitely visit as a date night in future too!

Darshan Nepal

Went to this restaurant as I really missed the taste of keema from when I was child. The keema was amazing! Also tried their fish starter and this Nepalese whisky that apparently has a viagra effect ?sanjog served me and was best waiter you can ask for really freindly smart and good at recommendations.. as a foodie I’d definitely recommend this place for authentic Nepalese food but also for the way your treated as a guest!

The Malt at Landywood

Went for a Sunday roast with my fiancee and wow, this might just be the best roast dinner I've had at a restaurant! The food was fantastic, the waiters and waitresses were lovely and the service was speedy. The Yorkshire puddings were huge and tasted great, the beef was cooked perfectly pink in the middle with the veg being slightly crunchy which was wonderful. The gravy was a great consistency and tasted amazing. The only room for improvement I'd say was the roast potatoes, they tasted beautiful but were just on the chewy side. A bit crispier and they'd be perfect. But very good value for money and would highly recommend, will definitely be coming here again for another roast!

Anujaan Indian Restaurant Grill & Bar (Cannock)

We had a lovely meal here. The food was beautiful and came in good time. The atmosphere was great. The staff were really friendly with a cheeky shot thrown in for good measure and all at a fair price. Can't ask for anything else. Thank you.

Another excellent meal from / at the Panshi.
The quality of the food and service remains outstanding. Extensive quality menu and no compromise on high standards whether dining in or take away. We have chosen the Panshi as our default restaurant of choice for a number of years and having explored many others have found non better. 10/10 guys - keep up the good work ??

White Hart

We had such a lovely experience thanks to a wonderful lady Melissa who truly went above and beyond for us. Even though another family party was already going ahead, she went out of her way to make sure our group had a table and could enjoy our time together. Nothing was too much trouble, and her kindness and effort really made the difference. Excellent service with such a personal touch we’re so grateful!

Love the tamarind restaurant! The food quality is always beautiful. It’s our favourite place to eat out! Also huge shout out to Demi, we absolutely love her as much as we love the food! Shes such a lovely person and goes above and beyond for everyone to make sure the experience is always 10/10. She definitely deserves a pay rise ??
We’ve tried loads of different things on the menu and it’s really spot on! No where compares to the tamarind it’s honestly the best!

The Royal Oak is amazing they don't serve food but the karaoke is fun and so is the disco night on the weekend the staff are so lovely and friendly shell you've done a great job ?

Met up with friend for lunch today. Can't fault this place. Food was good and lovely friendly service from Tammy and also the lovely waitress(sorry didn't get her name) Never had a bad meal in the Wheatsheaf

Orbital Brewers Fayre

Despite it being busy with pre Christmas customers the wait for food was not overly long and was cooked as we like it.
Staff we spoke to were friendly and clean inside the pub.

We dined here for a Special Anniversary meal with another couple. We requested a particular table when booking and this was reserved for us, thanks.\nThe Food was delicious, this has got to be award winning Fish and Chips, cooked to perfection. One had the Salmon with mash, one Halloumi wrap, all the meals were cooked professionally and served with pride from the servers.\nThis Restaurant is always guaranteed great service, staff so friendly too.\nTheir Pinot Grigio white wine is the best too.\nThanks to the team for everything, we had a wonderful time and will be back.

This place has just had a major refit.
The new menu & price list look as done in a in 20 minutes hurry to what is a shame.

The staff are wonderful.
The food is good.
But, the Gents Toilets are horrible !
Who ever thought that opening a cubicle Toilet door to the inside where the door is one inch from the front of the toilet pan is right wasn't thinking.
The Toilets don't flush and are extremely old.
The soap despenser has no soap.
Why oh why was this not addressed on its re fit?
By all accounts the Gents Toilets are going to be done.
But when? Is the question as they are horrible.

But don't let this stop you going in there as the staff are amazingly good.
Give it a try you will enjoy their food.

Littleton Arms

had our wedding reception here they went above and beyond they decorated the area we used perfectly the food was amazing everyone commented how nice it was relatives in Ireland wished they lived nearer we can't thank all the staff enough for making our day so special

Papa Pizza Co

1st time ordering and will definitely be ordering again. It's really good pizza. Fresh tasty toppings and soft base. Great choices, great deals, and super fast delivery. Try the coleslaw it's delicious, and the cheese and garlic bread pasty is to die for.

Absolutely brilliant top notch bottomless brunch. Staff were so nice and attentive. Great choice of drinks which all tasted great! And nice food. 100% recommend and will be going back. Thank-you!

Fantastic service told up to an hour due to snow but arrived in 45 minutes. Friendly driver and delicious food. Murgh Masala with keema rice was amazing, and the duck starter was spot on. Best in Cannock ??

Just had my first take away from here, and I have to say absolutely delicious, chicken vindaloo, and a chicken pasandra. And the portions was very generous… well done to to chef and all that work there. Definitely will be ordering again ******** ??

Serviced by Jayne today. What can I say about the food? It was absolutely fantastic! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had — juicy and it just pulled apart. It was my first time here but I’ll definitely be back again!

Visited the Hen House with work colleagues from across Europe for food, drinks and pool. I cannot thank Sian and her team enough the service they provided was outstanding to add to that the food was excellent and a very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to all :)

Rosehill Balti

Curry was lovely but ordered a plain naan bread and it was full of some strange, really sweet jelly/sugar and was absolutely awful. Who wants sugar in their naan bread?? Spoilt the meal.

The New Hall Arms

Highly reccomend this bar. I went in yesterday to meet an old friend. I was early so started to chatting to the guy behind the bar who was really friendly and even loaned me his phone charger. Had a few of the beers which were very fresh and I must say the only place other than fixed wheel itself I would drink again as ot tasted exactly like it should and prices are very reasonable.and they do black country tapas. If you know you know. Keep up the good work guys

Excellent service and the food was fantastic. The menu is really varied. 2 meals for £18 on a special menu. That was really good value...thanks folks.

Excellent as always!\nOur second take-away this month. We have been visiting and ordering take-aways for years from here. It has always been excellent. \nWe had a tandoori half chicken, egg fried rice, tikka naan and chips. The portions are large and everything is so tasty.

Jasmine Tandoori & Balti Restaurant

Jasmine has some of the best Indian food throughout the entirety of the Midlands. I've been going to this restaurant with my family every new years eve for the past few years as they're an unbeatable restaurant. As a restaurant its a perfect weekend treat or a great local takeaway at decent prices, the staff are also extremely friendly and welcoming.

If I was to have my last meal on this Earth, it'd be the Chicken Makani from the Jasmine!

Sanam Balti House

The only South Asian restaurant in the area that I will go to. The owners have been there for 20+ years.
The spice mix is different to the other restaurants due to their not being from Bangladesh

The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food is always great, I haven't had a bad one.

Parking: There isn't any parking for the shop, you have to park in the CO-OP car park across the road which is free.

KFC Cannock - Orbital Retail Park

KFC always delivers tasty, freshly cooked chicken with quick service and good value. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently satisfying. Great spot for a quick meal!

The Star Inn

1st visit but definitely not the last. Outstanding service, very friendly staff. Food home cooked, presented nicely & very tasty. I had fish & chips, fish very hot, batter perfect not too thick, chips proper home cooked thick chips. Very clean & presentable. Keep it up guys

Five Guys West Midlands Designer Outlet

Pricey but worth it. The Fries are so unique and the attention to detail when they make the burgers is unlike other fast food chains a now and again treat but would far prefer to pay the extra and eat here than the muck that McDonald's produce

The Railway Tavern

Great local pub. We moved to the area a few years ago now and this has become a staple to our week. So popular with locals which is fantastic to see. Staff are all lovely and friendly and have visited for a few of their local events recently which have been gravely organised and executed by the team.
We have been recommended the Sunday roast but are yet to try - looking forward to it!

Woodlands Restaurant

We went to woodlands for birthday celebrations. The food was amazing, two cources for £20 which is great value. The food was excellent , I had ribs for starter and the meat fell off the bone , my main was pork which was also really good , and cheese cake for pudding which was also superb , all ten of us enjoyed the food which can be rare when so many eating , but everyone said we will definitely be back. Also a really nice touch at the end , they brought a complimentary tray with mini deserts for birthdays within our group , staff were excellent, kept the drinks coming and the food.
All in all a great experience.

Station Cafe

Incredible value for money. Went for the medium Breakfast for £5.80 it includes 2 Bacon Rashers, 2 Sausages, Egg, Beans and Tomatoes. Choice of a slice of toast or Fried Bread. Coffee or Tea. Check out the picture, excellent portion size too. The coffee was instant but made with milk. Staff very attentive and would thoroughly recommend you try. The Station Cafe only accepts cash.

Pye Green Fish Bar

Food excellent and portions really good. First time in shop today as normally we have it delivered. The staff are so happy and friendly. I would highly recommend Pye Green Fish

I had the Farmhouse burger , I highly recommend it.
Beef burger + chicken burger + bacon + egg + cheese ,
HUGE, I thought about making it a meal (chips +drink) I'm glad I didn't it would have been too much, it was lovely, I really enjoyed it , I've never eaten here before and I definitely will again.
The bap managed to not go soggy under all the heat of it all and stayed together in both the hands it took to hold and eat this enormous burger,
You definitely get your monies worth.

We went 20 mins before closing (close at 2:30pm) and they were happy to serve us , friendly staff, nice and clean.

Not a bad pub. From the outside it doesn't look very welcoming and could do with some fresh paint. Inside though was a friendly atmosphere and good service. Decent price on drinks. Music played throughout. I'll likely be back.

Redfort Tandoori

Ordered a vindaloo as a main, egg fried rice & a cheese nan. It wasn't the hottest vindaloo I've ever had but it was really really nice, one of the best I've had. Only cost £15 for my meal and delivery. Very nice, would recommend.

After been on the road all night my father and I found this place on google. It did not disappoint, proper filling breakfast that set us up for another 500miles(if you can finish the belly buster I salute ya). Friendly people and friendly prices. Called in here last night for a few drinks, with family and friends, made very welcome. What a great atmosphere. The owner even dropped us off at our hotel again, great people!

Hazel Slade Pub

Ladys and Gents, i have been in this pub a couple of times and love it. Today Tony the landlord after discussions on Guinness asked me to try a pint in his pub. I have drank Guinness im many pubs in the Cannock area and have to say i have never had a better pint. Come and try it, i bet you a pint im not wrong.

The Barns Hotel

Lovely hotel with great staff and good food. Needs a lift to the first floor as quite difficult to manage the stairs with luggage when disabled. Could also benefit from an anti-slip mat in the shower. Always our first choice when staying in the Cannock area.

George & Bertie's tea/coffee shop Cannock

A cozy coffee shop with a charming classic vibe. The breakfast is simple yet delicious, served in a way that matches the old-school atmosphere. What I loved most is that it’s cash only — just like the good old days. Authentic and definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately each time it’s been pretty dead.
Obviously must be busier at times.
Makes me sad pubs aren’t as busy as they used to be.

Had afternoon tea after the interment of ashes for a beautiful lady, the food was delicious and the service was excellent couldn’t do more for us and the shop was closed but stayed just for us after time, which we appreciated immensely. The coffee was beautiful and the homemade coleslaw was delicious even gave me some to bring home. Definitely recommend

The Bridge Town Chippy & Silly Sausage Cafe

Went in on the way home to derby, what a find the people behind the counter were really nice, ordered 2 specials fish chips peas and sausage chips peas , massive portions far too much for me. The food was piping hot as well, freshly cooked , well worth a visit

Average Wetherspoons in centre of Cannock. Old building to front, with newer bit behind.

Enter to find large stair; bar beyond stair. No people attempting to form queue at bar. A plus. None of that.

The beer was Poretti. Decent. A couple of gaming machines. Thai Princess was not kind.

Toilets upstairs. Mind the hidden step when turning right. Many probably fall.

Overall, nothing special. Nothing bad either. Average. One for the locals.

Trocadero Fish Bar

Despite so many negatives reviews for this lovely chippy and its wonderful staff I have nothing but PRAISE to share.

I have visited them countless times over the last 12 months and can say hands down they serve fresh and tasty food each and everytime.

One thing I will point out is a stand out thing for me is the staff members are always polite, smiling and quick to serve.

Keep up the great work team you are my go to chippy!
