The drinks (latte and mocha) were finebut the cakes were disappointing. I ordered a cream slice which arrived with a piece of film on top. When I tried to take this off the topping came off with it and I couldn't scrape it off the film . My husband took it back to the counter. No apology was offered just "oh, do you want another one?".Having checked, my husband noticed all the cakes had the same film so I ordered a choc fudge brownie. Food is great, & worth the 15mins wait for take away jacket & chilli.However, the stroppy lady who brought it downs attitude is shein rude!!!I will not be coming in again for that attitude towards my patience.

Called in on a visit to Leek had the scone and a pot of tea. It was very nice BUT butter,jam and cream in little paper pots!!! Surely would be better to invest in small glass pots and better for the enviroment.Staff were friendly but service slow
