Definitely the most comfortable coffee shop in the UK and I should know as I drive all over the country for work.My local Costa in Morpeth has just been refurbished and it is now so unwelcoming⌠this is lovely, and my latte was nice too.
Nero in Newcastle under Lyme is ok. There's nothing to complain about, coffee is good, food looks reasonably fresh (I didn't eat, but my friend did) the only criticisms I have is that the tables available are usually laden with used trays and cups and with the place only being small in size it looks untidy. The staff work hard but if it's a busy period this will be the reason. The venue itself is a little tired and could do with updating. On the whole it's ok.
