I go every Sunday, today was the worst I ordered on the app drove straight to the window like I always do and was told I missed the speaker( the speaker to order) and was asked to check the app to check I paid, even the drinks are poor today.
Delighted by the customer experience on our visit today. We were served at the drive thru by Mo. He even offered us a puppacino for our dog despite the fact he was super busy. Well done Starbucks for employing this super star!
