Went to get a late lunch/snack, couldn’t see any cakes as they had been taken out of cabinet this was at 3.45, choose a toasted sandwich, no salad as had run out. Staff were rude and couldn’t have cared less. We ate those then went back to get a coffee to be told the coffee machine had been turned off, my colleague had a tea, I had a cold drink. I ate in at Cannocks Pausa and the food was delicious. I had the vegan cheese and tomato sandwich and it was delicious. I had a choice of vegan cakes also delicious. My only let down was no sugar free flavours for the lattes. I'll be back xx

Myself and my friend went to the Shrewsbury cafe for a light lunch, the staff are always pleasant and the jackets with cheese were spot on Very good value at under £5 each and the place is always clean and well run?
