Meal was very nice. We all had the carvery’s. Nigel, who was checking in with us to make sure we was all ok, was extremely helpful to us. He went above and beyond to help us honour our late dad/grandad/great grandad. Our experience definitely wouldn’t have been the same without him there. He even took our group photo for us. Every restaurant needs a Nigel.
From the moment we walked in, we had a friendly welcome. Our family was on a trip driving from Edinburgh to Brighton and needed a place to stay and a good meal. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Stayed in a disabled room which was, in the whole, pretty good. The only issues I have are the fact that the plugs and USB sockets are located low level underneath a shelf. This makes them very difficult to access, especially if you are disabled. The only other issue is the fact that the disabled spaces are always taken up by worker’s vans or the usual BMW, Audi, Mercedes type cars. Not the fault of the hotel, just the ignorant, lazy drivers.
