Discussing behaviour from staff how just shrugged their shoulders at me for bringing my concerns to them..order took for ever to arrive.. after finally arrived 15mins before closing time and we were then rushed to finish it time for closing.. the most poorly managed place I've ever visited.. avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being disappointed..
I’m an old single man who always spends Christmas with my faithful dogs. Every year for many years my treat is to go to Trentham for a 3 course Christmas meal while I’m doing some special shopping. This year I specifically emailed to ask if they had started serving their Christmas meal. I received an immediate courteous reply from the restaurant manager confirming that they had and the days they were serving. Great food, let down by poor management. Breakfast basic Items run out, queried at tills. Managers too busy to deal with, fobbed off. Customer problems should be your first priority as a manager... leaves a bad taste, especially given prices.
