Visited Subway after many years, an angel Sandy working there, having always smile on her face and ready to help to customers who might be in troubles as I was (being a foreigner, not sure about Subway offer). I cannot knock my subway today, I had been given Extta extra cheese (10 slices instead of 8) which made the sandwich ooze with cheese which I admit was awesome.Man did the server feel like a zombie. She did the hospitality hallmarks of wishing me a nice day and checking orders so I know she was trained well (most people in subway have never said that to me without me wishing them first) but a lack of emotion could be felt. Lovely staff, good food, area manager was lovely but I don't like when She is on as I don't enjoy My sandwich as much as I normally would, when she is on she says a portion of gherkins has contains of 3 gherkins, I asked for loads of gherkins and just got a tiny handful, when I asked for more she refused, she was a very nice lady though
