Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, food arrived after about a 40min wait but was well made and tasted good, amazing atmosphere very clean and allergy friendly, highly recommend.
We ordered at around 7:30pm orso and it took almost an hour for the food to arrive. The garlic bread was actually burnt black on the other side.The food was mediocre with the ribs being overly mushy. Was a little disappointing for what was otherwise a really nice day out in Alton Towers and gathering up an appetite.I would probably just recommend getting some food from the fast food stalls around the park.

A very long wait in a quiet restaurant. I had the chicken flatbread, and the chicken was so incredibly cheap, it tasted like they'd given us cubes of Bernard Matthew's Turkey Roast. Like all food at Alton Towers, it isn't worth it - bring a packed lunch or go off-site.
