Outstanding place to stay and eat . A great welcome the hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms and the best menu I have seen in years . Came across this by chance on booking.com was the best find in many years . Can’t recommend this place highly enough
We enjoyed our overnight stay.Service was friendly but unfortunately 2 large unbooked walk in parties arrived and we had a very long wait in restuarant ..but food was excellent and staff apologetic so still enjoyed it. It was a very hot night and a fan in room would have helped. But would stay there again .. lively, friendly and great food.

Our second visit to the Wheatacre White Lion for food while staying near Beccles and just like our first experience, the food was brilliant and the service was friendly! The staff are really inviting and the atmosphere is lovely. Will definitely be visiting again in the future!
