A very disappointing visit. We didn't get the table that was booked. We were seated at the end of the bar, the first table on the left, walking through to the restaurant. It was extremely noisy. A group of locals were there in the bar, very loud and annoyingWe asked to be moved. We were then seated in the top corner on the right past the kitchen. Had a great evening at the DukesHead with the family, celebrating my granddaughters birthday. The food was very good, the service was excellent. The pub was full, mostly families enjoying great food in a great atmosphere. If you want somewhere different to go,the Dukes Head is a great place to visit.
