On arrival, lovely pub and big ish car park to the side which is suitable for vans.Stayed for one night and had two rooms. Both rooms were clean & comfortable. My room ( had a wet room rather than bath/shower) the shelf next to the sink needs adjusting upwards as when I put my stuff on it would slip down and off. Enticed by a local advert, we tried this out today and the Breakfast and service were incredible. Polite and courteous, we ate in the bar area with our dog, which was a clean and relaxing environment. Breakfast was gorgeous, cooked to perfection, lovely sausages, a variety of white and wholemeal toast, Eggs spot on. Food & drinks: Very good home cooked food, good value for money, good selection of beers at normal prices but whisky and other spirits are a bit expensive when compared with other pubs that I use , The bar staff are very welcome and friendly.
